1. What is Ecommerce?
In short Ecommerce is the definition used to explain the buying and selling of goods and/or services, and the transfer of funds, through electronic means (the internet).
2. Why should I order via Ecommerce?
We have created a system which is extremely safe, quick and easy to use. We also offer a discount for all purchases made through our Ecommerce site, passing on savings to our customers.
The great thing about Ecommerce is that you can order items at a time and place that suits you.
3. Why should I choose Cornelius?
Our dedicated parts division has been serving the drinks dispense industry for over 15 years, as part of our re-launch, with the aid of our new Ecommerce site, we aim to be the best and most admired supplier of parts in the beverage industry.
We have created a website that has a parts offering ranging from screws to fan motors, whilst being extremely easy to use offering the user a wholesome purchasing experience, at any time of the day or night.
We have a range of over 1000 products, usually available for next business day delivery, to buy online 24/7 at a discounted rate.
4. How many products do CorneliusUK stock, and are they all available via Ecommerce?
We stock over 8000 products, of which 1000 of the most popular are available to purchase online via our Ecommerce site, with further items being added all the time.
5. Which Security Standards Apply to Ecommerce activities at CorneliusUK?
We have endeavoured to ensure that all data entered whilst on our site is secure. Please see question 6 below. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.
6. How safe are my card details?
Card details entered onto our website are encrypted and protected by SSL software.
SSL uses public-key encryption to exchange a session key between the client and server; this session key is used to encrypt the http transaction, with each transaction using a different session key.
Our Ecommerce site uses SSL 128 bit encryption, the highest currently available, making your card details as safe as they could possibly be.
Your credit card details are not held by IMI Cornelius, nor are they accessible by any of IMI Cornelius' employees. Your credit card payment is handled by Barclaycard ePDQ.
7. Which cards can I pay with?
The following forms of payment are accepted on our Ecommerce site: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Mastercard. Should you wish to make a payment by alternative means, please contact us on 0870 905 0773.
8. Once a payment has been made via a credit card, what is the timeline before Cornelius receives payment
Three – four days.
9. Will I need a special browser to view the internet pages?
The IMI Cornelius(UK) Ecommerce web site is designed to work with, and has been tested using, most modern Web browsers. For best results, we recommend you always use the current version of the site’s supported browsers. In addition to improving your experience on our site, upgrading your browser displays Web pages faster and provides the latest security updates. 10. How do I get a username and password for the CorneliusUK Ecommerce site?
Obtaining a username and password for the Cornelius UK Ecommerce site is extremely quick and easy, just click on the register option found at [Insert Link], and follow the instructions shown. Once you have registered a confirmation Email will be sent verifying your details. The username and password can then be used every time you visit the site, adding features such as Quick Buy and favourite items to your account. Your delivery address will also be saved, making the whole experience even easier!
11. Delivery Prices and Times/when will I receive my order?

Cornelius UK offers standard next day delivery for orders on stocked items placed before 2.00pm Monday - Thursday, at a charge of £15.

13. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

14. Will Cornelius ship part orders against a single web-transaction?
YES we will part ship and will email a despatch note showing what has been shipped whilst also identifying what parts are still to be shipped.
