General

IMI Cornelius is committed in to making sure that our customers receive the correct quality and packaged products. We also appreciate that from time to time a product could have been ordered incorrectly and there may be a requirement for a customer to request a return. In order to ensure that this can be completed effectively, please make sure that packaging and receipts are saved with any product you have purchased. Any refund will normally be made to the same method of payment as the purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event you have received damaged, faulty or an incorrect product please, call our Customer Services Team on 0870 9050773. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products received, should be reported to the Customer Services Team within 48 hours of receipt. Obtain a returns authorisation number/form from the Customer Services Team. They will organise a convenient carrier collection and return of the product. Please package the item securely and include the proof of purchase/dispatch note and the completed Customer Returns Form. The package should be addressed:

The collection may take place any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Somebody will be required to hand over the item and sign for the return. On receipt and inspection of the product, either a full refund, or replacement product/item will be dispatched.

Cancellations/requests to return non faulty products.

If a product has been ordered in error, over ordered or no longer required, then provided the item is a stocked item (not a special part ordered specifically for the customer) returned within 30 days of the original order, then a return can be made subject to a 15% restocking charge deducted from any refund made. The customer must obtain a returns authorisation number/form, return the goods (to address given above) at their cost and in a saleable condition, undamaged with original packaging and dispatch note. On receipt and inspection of the products/items by IMI Cornelius UK Ltd, a refund minus 15% restocking charge will be made.
